We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and proactive Personal Carer to support Matthew, a young entrepreneur based in Victoria, Australia.

Matthew is an easy-going individual with a great sense of humor who enjoys an active and social lifestyle. He regularly attends festivals, live music events, and spends time with friends. This role is ideal for someone who values building genuine connections and supporting independence.

As a Personal Carer, you will provide day-to-day support while empowering Matthew to live independently and continue pursuing his personal and professional goals.

•  Provide personal care and daily living assistance
• Support community access (events, outings, social activities)
• Assist with mobility and general routine tasks
• Encourage independence and active participation
• Build a respectful, positive, and professional relationship

• Carers with drivers license and personal car are prefered.
• Must be living 20km around Carnegie Vic.
• Must like cats!
• Must have intermediate cooking and food handling skills.
• No carer experience is necessary.
• You must speak & understand excellent English and be an Australian resident.
• All the training that you require will be provided.
• Bathing / Showering/ Toileting/ Dressing
• Meal Assistance
• Community Access
• Feeding Cats
• Laundry
• Vacuuming
• Washing dishes
• Able to do Manual Handling/Transfering of the client.
